Summary
Dundalli has been instilling fear in the settlers for years as they continue to encroach ever further inland. Superstitions abound as he seemingly has the power to disappear and reappear at will, always just out of their reach. That is until they are handed a divine gift. Make-a-Light, the gigantic nephew of the frontier warrior, declares himself a warrior of God and dons the uniform of the enemy. Out of options, Dundalli decides to turn himself in, hoping to save his people and heal his nephew's spirit before he's executed and sent to sit with the Ancestors, where he plans to continue his fight from the Dreaming. But help is already on the way: a powerful Spirit is sent to the Waking world in an eternal cycle transcending time itself...
