Rabbi Steve Berkson concludes the series “No Other Name” beginning in Deuteronomy 10 touching on the seriousness of “swearing by the name of YHWH” and whether we should or not, referencing Yeshua’s words in Matthew 5. Also, how the people who carry the name of YHWH have a purpose in this world, to bring honor to His name (identity, reputation) and to be a light to the nations. In Deuteronomy 28 Steve brings out how disobedience to the Torah is the same as bringing dishonor to the name of YHWH. Then ending this lesson with a rapid fire of scripture we get a clarification of the words “according to” found in Psalm 7:17 to actually mean “because of.” Finally concluding with Acts 4, where this teaching began, with a new, deeper understanding of “No Other Name.” Don't miss out on new teachings every week.
