No Turning Back

Following Jesus requires taking a deep breath and counting the cost. You may lose friends, family members could be outraged, and your lifestyle may have to undergo major changes. The old hymn sums it up well: "I have decided to follow Jesus; no turning back, no turning back." I call such decisions, "our Rubicon moments." I discuss what that term means in this episode, but as followers of Jesus there will be numerous such moments in our lives involving monumental decisions that, once made, will require us to close the door behind us, turn the lock, break off the key, and move forward in faith. Prepare to be inspired, enlightened, and emboldened.
