It's your personal power to overcome things like temptations, addictions, and cravings.  Willpower helps you stick to something, but it's like a muscle that needs to be developed and strengthened. You can do this through intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is basically a workout to improve your willpower.  Some people don't think they have the willpower to do fasting.
