Norfolk NEON District Construction Update | Virginia Beach News
from Virginia Beach News Today | 2 Min News | The Daily News Now!
Norfolk’s NEON District is buzzing again as crews hit the ground running on Granby Street’s major infrastructure upgrade—water and sewer lines are being replaced, turning Granby into a one-way northbound street between Brambleton and Olney. Southbound drivers? Detour via Olney. Starke Street is currently closed to Granby traffic. Olney Road reopened June 17th, but brace yourself— it’ll close again later this summer for stormwater work. Parking? Still free at the old Greyhound Station (Granby & Brambleton) and temporary spots are available west of Granby between Starke and Olney for northbound traffic. Construction runs Mon-Fri, plus select Saturdays in July and August—plan your route accordingly. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
