North West house prices continue to rise

Property prices in counties Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal continue to rise according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report.The report prices have gone up in Donegal by over €15,000, in Leitrim just under €5,000, and €2,000 in Sligo in Quarter 3 of this year.The median price of property in all three counties has also risen, with inflation nationwide now standing at 7.5%.Joanne Geary, Managing Director of MyHome.ie says two factors can be attributed to the price rises.
