North west house prices set to rise again

The north west is once again set to see an increase in house prices over the next 12 months. Lack of supply has previously been cited as one of the main reasons behind the hike in counties Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal. Now, estate agents are predicting for a further surge in areas outside of Dublin. Sorcha Corcoran, Editor of The Sunday Times Nationwide Property Price Guide, says remote working is also changing the housing landscape:
