North West pet owners issued cold weather advice

Advice for North West pet owners has been issued as the cold snap looks set to continue.With temperatures plummeting as low as -8 degrees in parts, concern has been raised over the welfare of animals.People are being encouraged to make sure their dogs and cats have a warm place to lie down, and an access to water.Leitrim Veterinary Officer, James Madden, gave some tips for what people can do:
