Not a natural networker? Amanda Whitehead says it's worth persevering!

from Small Business, Big Network

Amanda Whitehead is a health, nutrition and lifestyle coach who has been in the industry for 26 years. She helps stressed-out people who are feeling stuck, struggling with weight and digestive issues, to have more energy, feel heard and reconnect to their true self. She is a huge advocate of improving people’s mental health and the services offered to those struggling, and she is currently the General Governor for Mental Health Lincolnshire, her local board. After years of suffering with irritable bowel syndrome and an underactive thyroid, with Western medicines not helping and in some cases worsening her symptoms; she studied and learnt how alternative methods of healing can work through analysing what you choose to put in your body and what thoughts you allow into your mind. She reversed both afflictions from simply changing food choices and daily habits, introducing self-care strategies and practices. She has supported and educated hundreds of people to understand how their body functions, the importance of nutrition and a healthy mind-set. Creating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle and empowering them to become an expert of their unique selves. This has enabled them to heal from issues like anxiety and depression, gut health and digestive issues, reversing diabetes type two as well as helping to heal skin conditions like acne, eczema and psoriasis too.
