I now live in Italy continue to pursue my passion for nutrition and wellness. I have certifications as a Pn L2 Master Nutrition Coach, Certified Online Trainer, TRX Level 1, Holistic Nutritionist, Master Herbalist, and Aromatherapist." In this episode, we talk all about herbs!
