Gets free wagyu with the steak she buys F Bomb NSNG® DRINKS Vinnie doesn't drink much Has water and coffee regularly Loves his soda stream to make fizzy water The carbonation is really satisfying He'll also make ginger tea Really just adds ginger root (whizzed up, sometimes with HWC or butter) to near-boiling water Ginger does help nausea (and has other medicinal purposes) Helps him when he goes on the ocean - he gets very sea sick TRAINING OVER TIME Vinnie is going to climb Mont Blanc this summer He has begun specific training for this Did about 42 hours of on his feet training for this in January Took 4 break days throughout the month (mostly for traveling, but he does believe in break days) Does around an hour per day, or two on the weekends Building up his aerobic fitness On this particular regiment, he is going to do around 10% gains per month - i.e, doing 46 or 47 hours next month, and 52ish in March Slow and steady! Everything he did for this training in January was in Zone 2 Depending on your goals, you can train in other zones - it isn't 'bad'
