Number of ramps to be installed in Bundoran

A number of ramps are to be installed in Bundoran.  The primary focus will be on Main Street and Atlantic Way and it’s in a bid to slow traffic down and ensuring the safety of pedestrians.  It’s envisaged that the infrastructure will be in place by years end.  Local Sinn Fein Cllr Michael McMahon says there have been a lot of serious speeding incidents in the town in recent times and he’s hopeful that this will curb the issue. Cllr Niamh Kennedy, meanwhile hopes that this will pave the way for ramps to be placed in other towns and villages where necessary:
