What comes up when you think of it? Do you believe it can be one of your most powerful tools? In this week's episode the In the Lead Show, I talk to Jordan Brown, Mental Health Advocate, about the positives and potential downsides to obsession. Obsession can be a powerful tool used by leaders and it's something that we need to be mindful of. As with most things, I see it as a continuum. Things in and of themselves are not good or bad. They are thoughts, ideas, feelings, personality traits of emotions that can be used in powerful ways, if we are in balance and aware of them. When we aren't aware, it can start to inch closer to be a hindrance rather than a skill.Jordan Brown is a mental health advocate, writer, and entrepreneur.
