You are what you eat - in many ways, quite literally. That which goes into your body is responsible for the energy you create. The energy you create is responsible for the life you build for yourself. Our subconscious fears have a sneaky way of taking a hold of our eating behaviors, which, ultimately, can sabotage the goals and desires we are consciously working towards. This unintentionally creates an energetic battle - the conscious mind is pushing us into action toward our goals, while our poor eating patterns are pulling us back and holding us in place.
