UNO Souls Chat: I am honored today to be chatting with Nikki Daruwala— an UNO Soul.  She is the Executive Director of the Loudoun Literacy Council.Nikki Daruwala is a very kind and wise nonprofit leader in the Loudoun County, VA community. She in touch with the needs of the community and has turned the Loudoun Literacy Council around to meet those needs, especially during these difficult times of the pandemic. We are lucky to have her in our community! Words of wisdom: “Just being kind to yourself and also I have tried to eliminate 3 words from my vocabulary: coulda, shoulda woulda. It is what it is. And you do your best. And put your best forward. And think about yourself. And think about your loved ones. And the community. And the people you serve.
