You see the celebrations, the promotions, the cool assignments...but what you dont see or hear about enough is the stress, the breakdowns, the physical and mental health factors, the family left behind and even loss while gone and last but not least, we talk about the 2nd and 3rd order effects of those in the military who don't pull their weight, and the fallout it causes on those that have to.
