Rain ramps up hard by 4 A.M. Friday. Friday stays wet with another quarter inch coming down. Down in Eugene, you top out near 48 today. Rain peaks late morning around 11 A.M. Tonight brings steady rain with lows near 39. Now cross the Cascades and it's a completely different world. Central Oregon wakes up to mostly sunny skies. Highs near 45 with northwest winds gusting to 22 miles an hour. Tonight you crash to 28 degrees with a slight chance of mixed precipitation toward dawn. Here's what you need to know about the alerts.
