Summary

Todays Podcast will look at how our family and how our background shapes how we look for and seek out intimacy in others. We need to be mindful of how our trauma from the past informs and repeats possible patterns of traumatization in the future. We will talk about the patter of High and Low Attachment Anxiety. As well as the patterns of High and Low Attachment Avoidance. This will help us see how we might be living out the difficult patterns of Pre-Occupied Attachment, or Dismissive Attachment. If we have experienced serious trauma we may experience Fearful or Disorganized Attachment styles. And what can we do to move back to the goal – Secure Attachment.
