In 2008, Mike Keleher, Steve Reuss, Eric Morr, Chris Melvin, and Dave Jacobs founded Royal United with the goal of creating great jobs for great people. Despite being faced with difficult circumstances, the team persevered and was eventually able to build a successful company. In this episode, four of the original founders reminisce about what it took—both mentally and financially—to start a mortgage company during the 2008-2009 crisis.
