We dive into her experiences being pregnant with and birthing her 3 children- the good, the bad and the downright traumatic. Steph has said herself that she really believes she was meant to have these experiences. She’s accepted them as part of her journey, and in a way she’s glad they happened to her because she wouldn’t be the person she is today without these things happening to her, nor would be she able to help other women who have experienced womb trauma in some way. From being bedridden due to severe illness during her pregnancy, to a life threatening condition, to how different midwives have made and broken her experiences, Steph shares it all with us!
