In this episode, we meet ‘The People Mechanic’, Gary De Rodriguez. He is CEO of Peopleistic LLC, who partner with small to mid-level organizations to resolve and evolve their people-centric issues in strategy, leadership, operations, team performance, and project execution. He is also Associate Professor at The Business Education Institute, is a Master Trainer in Humanistic Neurolinguistic Psychology and has coauthored ‘Humanistic Business: Profit through People with Passion and Purpose. His knowledge and skills in Business and Psychology allow him to offer services in Business Consulting, Brand Consulting, Training, Change Management, Leadership Development, Team Building, Public Speaking, Corporate Training, and Life Coaching. At some point in time, we get triggered by being in a one-on-one, partnered relationship because that’s where we show up in our most vulnerable states.
