She has bravely navigated her own battles with anxiety and panic disorder, which fuels her passion for helping others find their way through similar struggles. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at university, Lyn is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and expertise in the field of mental health. She is also the author of the bestselling mental health book, The Now Step: Manage Your Mental Health Without Going Over the Past, which provides readers with practical strategies for improving their mental well-being.
