Back when I was younger, I had a habit I never questioned.Every day at five, I’d set my watch by the courthouse clock.Trusted it. Counted on it. Never thought twice.From where I stood… it looked right.Then one day, an old cowboy said something to me that made me take a closer look.And what I found…Changed the way I look at a lot more than just time.Years later, when my boy came to me talkin’ about a young lady who seemed just about perfect…That old lesson came back around.Some things in life you can fix.Others… you’re gonna have to live with.
