California is under a state of emergency because of a singular “severe case” of “bird flu” in Louisiana. The individual in question has multiple unrelated underlying health conditions authorities will-not-can’t-won’t-reveal and is 65 years old with respiratory distress only reported. The confirmation of “infection” was obtained via PCR testing, which did not find evidence of a virus or its district list of caused symptoms. But California’s emergency allows authorities to siphon off money in the name of public safety regardless. Likewise, the Biden administration’s recent extension of giving immunity to Moderna/Pfizer from prosecution originates in the Trump administrations PREP Act, emergency declarations, and Operation Warp Speed. In other words, either way these two companies remain immune from lawsuit. Furthermore, the arguments about government budgeting this week, with focus on particulars of the budget, ignores the fact that, either way, the end result will be a massive theft of public resources. It seems the end goal of bird flu, as with mysterious drone swarms, is to imply something invisible, leave it up to public imagination to form the idea, and then to enact emergency powers and drain the treasury.
