Parshaperspective.com   The Torah begins with the words “In the beginning, G-d created the heaven and the earth.” The Parsha then goes through what was created each day. On the first day, G‑d created darkness and light. On the second day, He formed the heavens and earth. On the third day, He set the boundaries of land and sea and put trees on the earth. On the fourth day, He created the sun, moon, and stars. On the fifth day, He created fish, birds, and animals. On the sixth day, He created the first human being, Adam. On the seventh day, G‑d rested. We find out why Hashem said, “let us create man”. We learn how we are partners in creation with Hashem.
