Sinai with the second pair of Luchos. He did so only after successfully attaining forgiveness from G-d for the sin of the Golden Calf. We find how to were appointed to supervise the construction of the Mishkan. We learn what God embedded and bestowed upon the supervisors who oversaw the construction of the Mishkan.
