In this episode we discuss the variability in the employee experience space. What do we mean by that? Put simply, no two roles are ever the same in the EX space and there are plenty of reasons for it. We discuss all of this and how to overcome some of the challenges this variability can bring. Here's a little bit about Stephanie: Stephanie Denino is the Director of Applied EX practice at TI People – an employee experience consultancy (EX). Stephanie works with leaders who are eager to shape and apply the practices that will allow them to systemically improve experiences for and with their people.
