Welcome back to The EXperience Lounge Podcast! You're joining us for part two of two with the incredible Stephanie Denino. In this episode, we discuss the friction between EX teams and the 'more traditional' HR roles within an organization. We discuss where this friction can surface and also how organizations can positively harness this friction to move the needle on EX. We also hear Steph's final thoughts for you as EX leaders! If you haven't listened to Part One, head over there now! Here's a little bit about Stephanie: Stephanie Denino is the Director of Applied EX practice at TI People – an employee experience consultancy (EX). Stephanie works with leaders who are eager to shape and apply the practices that will allow them to systemically improve experiences for and with their people. Through her work, she helps organizations chart their path toward excellence on EX, improve critical work experiences and build capabilities needed to improve experiences, at scale.  Before joining TI People, she spent 6 years building up the Global Employee Experience team at Accenture – this practitioner lens is one she carries with her as she now serves a broad range of organizations in this space.   You can connect with Stephanie via LinkedIn here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephaniedenino/  Disclaimer: We’re really conscious that this is a global podcast and whilst we have done our best to ensure we’ve used inclusive and respectful language, we understand we might have missed the mark depending on where in the world you’re located and when you're listening to this episode.
