With the release of his new book, "Permission to Glow", author, musician, and corporate coach KC Carter offers us some tools to light ourselves from within, and in turn, become a beacon for others as well.

I first met Kristoffer "KC" Carter at Camp GLP, a weekend long adult camp, founded by the fantastic Jonathan Fields.  It was an incredible weekend of yoga and fitness, creative and career workshops, insightful speakers, and also... just a shit ton of fun!

And keeping the container for all of this to occur was this incredibly energetic and engaging guy, and I couldn't stop thinking "I not only want whatever that guy's got, but also DO what he DOES!"

Well it turns out, what KC has "got", and what he "does", are a lot of things.  A yogi and meditation teacher, musician, mentor, and family man,  he manages to bridge the worlds of spirituality and business in fun and inventive ways.  As a corporate coach, his company  This Epic Life  offers executives the tools to live as fully and exceptionally as possible, and his new book, "Permission to Glow: A spiritual guide to epic leadership",  invites us all to courageously do the same.

KC is someone I admire in his ability to bring all parts of himself, to everything he does. And he does it all while embracing his light (and his dark), in a continuous quest, maybe the noblest and highest quest for us all:  A life of integrity, integration, and inspiration.

I hope you enjoy the conversation as much as I enjoyed having it.

Inward and Upward,

Christian Correa

The Middle Aged Bloke Tony The Middle Aged Bloke Podcast is about life and the things we come up against. As a man it is not safe to open up, to express or share topics such as Mental health, work, parenting, friendships, life goals, fulfilment, marriage and relationships which is something I found myself battling with and I have found ways to help me and I wanted to share them with you so it might give someone else some tips or ideas. There will be stories and laughs along the way, usually from my truck while on the road but the main purpose is to show you are not alone. We all have our issues, so lets share them rather than suppress them and a huge way to do that is to work on our mindset which is something I am passionate about.  The School Marketing & Alumnni Podcast Simon Jones Welcome to The School Marketing & Alumni Podcast, the place where you can hear from other school marketing and alumni relations experts. But without Reuben, a woman like Judith might have a bleak future in mid-19th century England: a loveless marriage or lifelong dependency are apparently her only options… A feminist, a Jew, and a lesbian, Amy Levy wrote about Anglo-Jewish cultural mores and the lives of would-be independent women in Victorian society. Levy was as repelled by contemporary literature’s occasional paragon (e.g., Daniel Deronda) as by its more frequent anti-Semitic stereotypes. REUBEN SACHS was her attempt at an honest, warts-and-all account of middle class Jewish life in late-19th century London. While many of Levy’s contemporaries condemned the book as a shanda fur die goyim (an embarrassment), Oscar Wilde wrote: “Its directness, its uncompromising truths, its depth of feeling, and above all, its absence of any single superfluous word, make REUBEN GSMC Classics: Father Knows Best GSMC Comedy & Family Network Father Knows Best is an old time radio situation comedy starring Robert Young.
