Permitless Concealed Carry

Tom Stanton sat down with Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner and LPD to talk about the constitutional carry law that went into effect in early September. The law allows Nebraskans 21 years of age or older to carry a firearm concealed from view without obtaining a permit or taking a safety class. Wagner shared his thoughts on how the new law would impact Lancaster County.
