I am a Registered Clinical Supervisor and a Certified Counsellor in several disciplines who also has lived experience. Confidentiality is a cornerstone to my practice, providing a safe and comfortable environment for those seeking help. I can meet clients in my office or suitable offsite locales. I'm very aware of the difficulty with reaching out for help and guidance...I've been there!I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families who are seeking ways to overcome their personal challenges and improve their quality of life. My interest lies in helping people identify the problems they are challenged with and developing a workable solution that fits their life.I especially enjoy working in the area of emotional sobriety, or what's often referred to as Stage II recovery.
