Leadership is everything. Therefore, Paul continues to place great emphasis on being an example. Any leader in the church who does not lead by example is not a leader at all. It is that important.

The example that Paul set forth is that of a citizen of Heaven. The one characteristic of a citizen of heaven is that they eagerly await the return of Jesus. Everything about them, everything about their life is all centered on the return of Christ.

Are you eagerly anticipating the return of Christ? How you answer this question is a true measurement of where you are in your walk with Christ. A true Spirit filled believer, a true citizen of heaven will be filled with excitement and anticipation for the soon return of Jesus.
