Phoebe, Nore Davis and Rachel Cargle Are Therapy Nerds

from Black Frasier · host Phoebe Robinson

Hey y'all! The end of the year is nigh (can you believe I'm using a word like that? #Fancy), so I wanted us to end on a positive and profound note since the holidays are coming up. Like most of you, I'm spending the holidays without my family, which can be a bummer, stressful, or actually, a good thing if things with your family aren't so great. Whatever the case may be, we're all looking inward, which is why I'm so pumped for this supersized episode because we are talking therapy! And in particular, therapy for black people, in light of the tumultuous year. Joining me are superstar comedian Nore Davis and author/activist/educator Rachel Cargle, who is also the founder of the Loveland Foundation, a place that is built for people to focus on their mental health. Suffice it to say that both of these conversations are deep, funny, real, and extremely insightful. Y'all are in for a sweet treat! Enjoy this dope ass episode! And per usual, we are answering some great audience questions.
