I retired from Johnson & Johnson roughly 4 years ago, 2 weeks after turning 55 years old. I did this with complete conviction, to achieve greater balance in my life, spend more time with my family, and live out my entrepreneurial pursuits.Today, I am living my best life! I own my calendar, but make no mistake, I made a transition from my corporate career, I didn't "retire". I am still very active and driven to make a difference in peoples' lives, through the MAX Challenge franchise ownership as well as my work as a coach and consultant.
