The guys take a trip down memory lane to discuss some of their earliest experiences with songs in moving pictures – Follow That Bird may or may not come up… They then dive into soundtrack versus score and how the use of music in visual media has changed over the years: from an avenue to promote new artists and music; to creating soundscapes that evoke time and place; to visionary auteurs and their use of music to express theme as well as personal aesthetics throughout their oeuvres.
