It is one of the most popular certifications and the most popular and controversial project management certification in the world! As a result of this, many individuals’ year after year seek out on the challenging journey to become PMP certified. One look at the material will convince you that this is indeed a challenge. They are 756 pages in one of the standards and upwards of 120 pages in a practice guide and a third standard which was just released provides over 300 additional pages of training. For this reason, project managers need all the help they can get when preparing for this treacherous test. I have put this podcast together to help project managers across the world firm up their chances of success and to encourage them to stay the course as they prepare for this exam. This could also be viewed as a refresher course for those already certified. It also provides a platform for the curious to learn more about the exam they have heard so much about. I sincerely wish everyone preparing for this exam all the very best on the test and beyond!
