Roi-AI is automation SAAS (software as a service) technology for the recruitment sector that supports recruiters through machine learning, activity tracking, referral gamification and more. Chris is also managing director at Prominence, a marketing agency he founded in 2014 which currently employs over 20 people in Sydney, Auckland and Kuala Lumpur. Despite having a background in marketing and recruitment it was his enthusiasm for business development that drove him to start his own companies. He loves to share his knowledge and documents his journey in his own podcast series, The Five Million Dollar Project.
