On this weeks episode of #Leadership - What's on your mind? I speak to Kim Hafjall.   Kim Hafjall is an author, executive coach, adviser and catalyst for growth. Kim started his own consulting company, Hafjall Consulting in 2021- after more than 20 years in the corporate world. He has held senior positions like treasurer, regional treasurer, group treasurer, finance director and managing director and lived and worked in Denmark, Argentina, UK, Venezuela and Romania. As an executive coach Kim is helping driven professionals grow in their leadership agility through personalised coaching. “How much better would you be as a leader if you reached your full potential?” is a question Kim often ask his clients and one he reflected on himself as he wrote his first and very personal book “Vertical Development”. In this, Kim shares his own leadership journey and how his leadership style changed as he grew vertically, gained more leadership agility and how this influenced his way of leading people, results and himself.
