Police brutality

Four police officers have been arrested in connection with the murder of suspected criminal, Khulekani Mpanza, in Krugersdorp. The footage showed Mpanza being shot in the chest by one of the officers in what has been alleged to be an execution-style killing. Mpanza, who was also armed with a gun that fell from his hand at the time, was killed while fleeing from the police who were responding to a robbery at the hardware store in the area. Just a few years ago we know of Mido Macia who was dragged behind a police van, he later succumbed to his injuries and died. We as the question, just how much force can the police apply?
