This day only exist because of Jesus sacrifice so as we sit down today we will thank him for what he has allowed to take place and make possible. Thanking him on this morning for watching out for our children and keeping our parents covered. Acknowledging that it takes God‘s sovereign power to make this day possible. Asking God, to strengthen the ones who are grieving the loss of loved ones on this holiday. Asking God to bear up the hearts of the ones who find this day to be unbearable because of loneliness, lost, discontent and demonic interventions.
