Praying For God's Rule on Earth

Today, Sunday October 18 - Psalm 77:1-3 "I cried out to God with my voice-- To God with my voice; And He gave ear to me. In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord; My hand was stretched out in the night without ceasing; My soul refused to be comforted. I remembered God, and was troubled; I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah"  They tell us that there are over 650 prayers listed in the Bible and over 450 specific answers to prayer.  Our God is a God Who delights to answer our pleads for help!  As we are studying the lesson on prayer and the pattern for prayer that the Lord gave His disciples in Luke 11, hopefully, we are learning to pray in a more effective way!  Today, we are talking about praying for God's Kingdom to rule in the hearts of men and nations.  The Sovereign Rule of God is always obvious in heaven, but not so here on earth.  So the Lord encourages for us to pray for His will to done in our lives and the lives of others.  Please take time to pray for this today!  God bless!!!!!
