Preview for World Humanitarian day

Tomorrow is World International Day. The nineteenth of August has been designated by the United Nations General Assembly, and is dedicated to recognize humanitarian personnel. Most humanitarian work is on the African continent, attributed to civil wars, poverty and natural disasters. There has been some criticism to humanitarian work on the continent has been ethnocentrism, which is when one’s societal value is used to judge another’s society.
