What are the biggest frogs I have to eat in order to get the greatest contribution to my business, personal life, health, family 2. What is it that can only be done by me and nobody else? The late management guru, Peter Drucker, came up with this question 3. What is the most valuable use of my time right now? You can get your time and life under control ONLY to the degree to which you discontinue lower value activities. Secret of success? Warren Buffet puts it this way when asked : “Simple.
