Problem #18: Are YOU allowed to say the N-word???

**Warning** The use of the "N-word" will be used for educational purposes during this episode so please listen with caution. The word "n*gger" carries with it much of the hatred and repulsion directed toward Africans and African Americans. Historically, n*gger defined, limited, and mocked African Americans. It was a term of exclusion, a verbal justification for discrimination. Whether used as a noun, verb, or adjective, it reinforced the stereotype of the lazy, stupid, dirty, worthless parasite. “N*gga” is a word that is used 500,000 times a day on Twitter while “bro” and “dude” — two of the terms with which the n-word is synonymous to many people younger than 35 — are used 300,000 and 200,000 times, respectively which means not only Black people use this term, which brings up the concern if anyone should be using it at all. A few definitions of the use of "N*gger*: N*ggerish, adj. Acting in an indolent and irresponsible manner. N*ggerlover, n. Derogatory term aimed at whites lacking in the necessary loathing of blacks. N*gger rich, adj, Deeply in debt but ostentatious. N*gger stick, n. police officer's baton. N*gger tip, n. leaving a small tip or no tip in a restaurant.
