Adapted from the novel by Erich Maria Remarque and created in association with the Remarque Estate, ALL QUIET ON THE WESTERN FRONT is the world premiere (coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the end of the "Great War”) of a new play adapted and directed by UT professor Matt Foss. Focusing on soldiers during World War I, the play addresses soldiers' extreme physical and mental stress during the war as well the issues that led to the conflict that mirror those facing us today.
