Convaincre les parties prenantes du rôle de l’impact de l’institution sur son territoire. Il y a à l’évidence, un impact de communication mais aussi un impact organisationnel. BSIS provoque un changement de la culture organisationnelle : culture tournée vers l’externe, vers les relations. BSIS provoque aussi un un impact sur la stratégie qui va valoriser l’institution.
