    We’re back! After some minor technical difficulties and some minor tweaks in our format we are excited to bring you episode 2! This week on “15 Minutes With You” we interview the current EIC of Logos and host of the podcast Darius Johari. Before pursuing his career in student journalism, Johari came to Citrus as an fine art major. Now in his third year as part of student publications, he talks about his early years at Citrus, what got him into journalism, his travels around the world and his plans for the future. We also interviewed our social media manager for the summer, former Logos staff writer Destiney Dominguez. In addition to writing for Logos, Dominguez also served as the Inter-Club Council Vice President for Citrus College. She talks about her current internship with the L.A. Galaxy soccer team, what she learned as part of the Logos staff and answers some vital questions about what characters from “The Office” we would be.     Welcome to the first episode of the Logos Magazine summer podcast “15 Minutes With You” A weekly podcast that is all about sharing stories of the community that makes up Citrus College. Every week we will be interviewing current and former students as well as any faculty, professors and administrators that want to be on. There is no prerequisite or requirement to be on, and no topic or agenda for each episode. Just stop by VA236 Thursday afternoons to be a guest. This week we interview former Citrus student and local trivia host Justin Mora. Mora graduated Citrus in 2008 and after graduating from University of La Verne in 2010, moved to New York, before he eventually moved back to Southern California in 2015 and created the “craft trivia” company Just Trivia. Anna Caballé "Concepción Arenal y su política del espíritu" Ciclo: "Mujer y Romanticismo: breve historia de una rebelión" Fundación Juan March 9 de febrero 2017 Con motivo del 8 de marzo, Día Internacional de la Mujer, y fuera de las funestas coyunturas ideológicas actuales en torno a la fecha (con o sin ¿huelga?), se trae aqui reseña de Doña Concepción Arenal (1820-1893) que se presenta como "la pensadora más importante y original del siglo XIX y la de mayor proyección internacional, junto a Emilia Pardo Bazán. Es nuestra Jeremy Bentham, el filósofo utilitarista, y son sorprendentes sus coincidencias con la filósofa actual Martha Nussbaum. Sin embargo, su biografía plantea muchas dificultades. ¿Cómo acercarse a la subjetividad de alguien que impide el acceso a su vida privada? Cuando su amigo y confidente, el violinista y compositor Jesús Monasterio la animó a escribir una nota personal que acompañara su folleto 'El reo, el pueblo y el verdugo', publicado en 1867, un texto donde Arenal denunciaba el espantoso espectáculo que ofrecían las ejecuciones a la vista del público y el daño innecesario, gratuito, que causaban al reo, al pueblo y al verdugo, ella se negaría a redactar unas líneas biográficas y contestó a Monasterio con una pregunta: '¿Qué le importa al lector del por qué, ni del cómo, ni del cuándo imprimo yo el libro?'. Arenal nunca se apearía de este retraimiento en relación a sí misma. Pero en los últimos años hay un renovado interés por su pensamiento y su activismo filantrópico".
