Pt 2: Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness

When did you first get granted your Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness? Was it before or after the Bill of Rights? Most individuals do not understand that the documents they reference did nothing to grant them rights. Our country simply defends and protects your rights through the documents created by the founding fathers. The documents gave nothing to us, they simply establish sovereign individuals.   Each citizen in the United States are Kings and Queens. We are free to do what we want up until it interferes with the right of another individual. Communities have no rights, and therefore do not have the permission to deprive other individuals of rights they expect and deserve. The community dictating their will to the individual is a plank of communism and a reason why our country was founded as a Republic and not a democracy.   Today we continue to examine the life and work of the late-Michael Badnarik.
