There's nothing you desire, that God can not do STEPS TO STOP BEING ANXIOUS. 1.) Philippians 4:6. You're not impressing God by obeying His words, instead, you're doing yourself a favor. Anxiety will rob you from receiving God's best for you. When faced with issues and challenges the first thing you do, is to PRAY about it.. Whenever you make a conscious effort to pray, there would be unusual peace. However, it is meant for those who have a relationship with God. God gives you PEACE. (Philippians 4:7) 2.) Psalm 16:11; Matthew 6:7 What God has to say to you, is more important than what you're about/have to tell him. When you pray, God DIRECTS your part. 3.) God gives you JOY. (Philippians 4:6) Thanksgiving is a prove of the submission of all your burdens on God, and assurance of answers to what you've prayed for.
