As the F1 circus returns from the summer break, (which feels shorter and shorter every year) we're also back to review the Belgian GP at Spa-Francorchamps. The race may not have been the most thrilling, however, with all of the drama from the off-season and the developing plot points converging as we near the end of the season, there's still plenty to talk about. This includes: silly season, the records Max Verstappen could break this year, and (as always) Ferrari.
